Pre-guest punch list in Franklin
Pre-guest punch list in Franklin, GA is booked for county-seat houses and properties with room around them. Heard County clay rides in on trucks and stays on the slab.
The washing can be done and the house can still feel unready: lights out, a loose towel bar, a gate, a bed frame, a picture pile.
Outbuildings and gutters are the cold-month work; the house wash can ride along if the weather holds. Send the list a few days ahead. We sequence it so the outside and the guest rooms come first. What does not fit in the day gets a clear leftover list, not a vague promise.
What the visit covers
Same house-call limits: no panels, gas, sewer, or roofing. We will not pretend a day holds a renovation.
