Move-in punch list in Greenville
Move-in punch list in Greenville, GA is booked for courthouse-square homes and the commercial rooms around them. Square-side walks collect clay from the county every wet week.
New houses in Sharpsburg, Turin, and Newnan close with a list: uncaulked trim, a gate, TVs, blinds that never got hung, clay on the new drive.
A square-facing door is a winter project: lights, glass, and the sweep at the threshold. We take the practical list and the exterior clean that a new yard requires. Warranty items that belong to the builder are flagged, not quietly absorbed.
What the visit covers
We do not fight the builder’s warranty for you, and we do not redo their paint scope.
