Column and portico cleaning in LaGrange
Column and portico cleaning in LaGrange, GA is booked for historic-district houses, college-side streets, and the larger lots toward Vernon Road and Callaway. LaGrange clay does not rinse off a driveway with a garden hose, and shaded brick grows a green film by late summer.
Mildew on a ceiling and a green film at the base of white columns is the whole impression, even when the yard is perfect.
January here is gutters full of oak, a porch that needs to look right for guests, and the odd jobs that got postponed all year. Soft wash. Painted wood and plaster capitals are not pressure-cut. Ceilings are done from a stable setup, and a lift is used when the portico is tall.
What the visit covers
Carpentry, rotten column bases, and repainting are quoted only if you want that scope. Failed paint is reported first.
