Before the crew arrives
An hour of yours saves an hour of ours, and the result shows in the corners.

Move the cars. Close the windows. Bring the dog in. If we are washing flatwork, a driveway full of vehicles becomes a wash of whatever was sticking out. If we are inside for a house call, a path to the room matters more than a spotless house.
Photos in daylight are better than a paragraph. Stand back for the whole wall, then close for the stain. For a punch list, write it down. ‘A few things’ becomes a day that runs long and a bill neither of us wanted to negotiate in the driveway.
We answer seven days. Early starts are normal in summer so the chemistry is not drying in direct sun, and in winter so a property is finished before guests. If a gate code or a lake-house key process exists, send it the night before, not from the parking lot.
