House calls
Handyman house call
A half day or a full day for the list on the fridge. One arrival, one standard.
People with good houses still have a list: the gate, the shelf, the door that sticks, the picture wall, the furniture in boxes. Hiring a different person for each item costs more than the items are worth, and nobody wants five trucks in the drive.
You send the list. We tell you whether it is a half day or a day before we come, and we tell you what is outside our scope. We show up with ordinary tools and finish what we said we would. This is how winter stays busy without turning the company into a discount flyer.

Included
- An agreed list for the time booked
- Ordinary materials you approved
- Photos of anything we had to stop on
- The place left cleaner than we found the work zone
How it is quoted
Half-day or full-day rate, told to you before we schedule. The list decides which one.
No electrical panels, no new circuits, no gas, no sewer, no roof replacement. Fixture swaps are like-for-like on existing boxes only.

What should we do before you arrive?
Send photos in daylight, move cars off the work area, and tell us about pets, a pool, or plantings you are particular about. If this is a house call, send the list ahead so we can say half day or full day before we block the calendar.

Doorknob holes, old bracket scars, and the small patches that keep a room from looking rented.
