Degrease the cooking zone, soft wash stone or stucco, and keep water out of appliance vents. Covers come off only if you want that, and we put them back.

What should we do before you arrive?
Send photos in daylight, move cars off the work area, and tell us about pets, a pool, or plantings you are particular about. If this is a house call, send the list ahead so we can say half day or full day before we block the calendar.
