A walk of a house you are not living in — lake place, listing, or a primary home while you are away.
Second homes around Pine Mountain and West Point Lake sit quiet. A failed gutter, a porch light out, a door that did not latch: small things that become the story when you arrive.
We walk an agreed list: exterior, gutters from the ground, doors, obvious leaks, thermostat if you have authorized it, and mail or packages only if you ask. You get photos and a short note, not a novel.

What should we do before you arrive?
Send photos in daylight, move cars off the work area, and tell us about pets, a pool, or plantings you are particular about. If this is a house call, send the list ahead so we can say half day or full day before we block the calendar.
