HOA monument cleaning
HOAs, monuments, and what a wash will not cure
A monument can be soft washed. An HOA letter about dead sod, a leaning fence, or peeling paint is not solved by a washer.
Boards notice the entrance. Brick, stucco, and the letters on a monument take a soft wash well, and the result is obvious from the road. We do not peel vinyl letters or flood a monument light. If the sign is high, the lift is part of the visit, not an afterthought.
A violation about the house is specific or it is not. “Clean the exterior” might mean mildew, or it might mean a rotting shutter. We will do the mildew. We will not sign a letter that says the whole violation is cured if half of it is carpentry. You can send the letter. We will mark what we are actually doing.
Individual driveways inside a neighborhood are still individual jobs unless the board is paying for a defined list of common areas. We do not wash a private drive “while we are here” and sort the bill out later.
The service this belongs to is Entry monument cleaning.
In the towns we actually drive to
Entry monuments mildew in the shade and no one at the board can remember who washed them last. That part, we can fix.
