Entry monument cleaning
HOA monuments, school signs, and the brick entry that represents the whole place.
The monument is thirty seconds of everyone’s arrival and it is usually the mildewed thing on the property.
Soft wash on brick and stucco, careful rinse around letters and lights. We do not peel vinyl letters. If the sign is high, the lift is part of the visit.

Included

What should we do before you arrive?
Send photos in daylight, move cars off the work area, and tell us about pets, a pool, or plantings you are particular about. If this is a house call, send the list ahead so we can say half day or full day before we block the calendar.
What will you not take on?
We do not recast letters or rewire monument lights.
