If the building is taller than a safe ladder, he rents the lift and washes it. You do not coordinate a rental and a washer.
Paint, shingles, and stucco are not blasted. Concrete can take a surface cleaner. If a wash would waste the money, Alton says so.
Knowledge center
Soft washing around here is diluted sodium hypochlorite and a surfactant, then a rinse. It is not chemical-free, and it does not remove clay, rust, or oil.
It is the same chemical family as liquid bleach and pool chlorinator, diluted for the surface and rinsed off. We will not call it chemical-free.
Sodium hypochlorite mixed with ammonia, or with an acid, can make a gas that puts people in the hospital. We do not do that. Ever.
If the black streaks die, a chemical killed them. Water did not. “Green,” “eco,” and “just soap” are marketing words unless the product is named.
Clay is soil stained with iron, ground into concrete and splashed onto brick. A hose smears it. Bleach does not dissolve it.
Winter work
Gutters, lights, a check on the lake house, and the odd jobs that have been on the fridge since summer.
Leaves and grit pulled out, then a flush so winter rain leaves the house instead of the fascia.
Beds, corners, and the roof valleys of leaves that make a kept house look closed for the season.
Warm-white lights on the eaves and columns — restrained, even, and taken seriously.
Lights down, clipped clean, and labeled if you want them next year.
A walk of a house you are not living in — lake place, listing, or a primary home while you are away.
Door sweeps, worn weatherstrip, and the daylight you can see under the threshold.

A rented boom or scissor lift, with Alton on it, for elevations a ladder should not pretend to reach.

A low-pressure wash for siding, brick, and painted surfaces that a pressure washer would scar.

Black streaks and algae lifted off architectural shingles without a pressure washer on the roof.

Concrete and paver drives brought back without leaving wand marks down the apron.

The porch that makes the house — columns, ceiling, and the brick under it — cleaned as one composition.

The outside of a house made ready for photographs and the first showing.
LaGrange, Newnan, Valley, Peachtree City, and Columbus first. Troup, Coweta, Harris, Meriwether, Heard, Chambers, Fayette, and Muscogee are on the same standard.
Primary homes
One house soft wash, one flatwork clean, and two gutter visits. The property stays on a calendar instead of waiting for a complaint.
Houses that host
The plan that carries the company through the cold months and carries the house through guests. Gutters, leaves, lights, a property check, and one house-call day.
West Point Lake and second homes
For houses in Valley, West Point, and Pine Mountain that sit quiet during the week. The dock, the roof, and a check before you drive up.
Shops, offices, and small campuses
The front twenty feet, on a rhythm. Glass, walk, and the pad or entry that customers actually judge.

Painted brick and a porch that has to look finished from the street. Soft wash, not a blast across the mortar.

Architectural shingles under trees. The streaks are algae. They come off with a soft wash, not a nozzle on the granules.

Piers, slips, and the boards people walk. The wash stays on the structure. The lake is not the drain.

Warm white on a real house, clipped and taken down. Not a carnival, and not left up until March.
A few photos are enough for a straightforward house. A tall building gets a walk with Alton before anyone prices a lift.
