Pavers: clean the field without emptying the joints

Pressure in the joints blows out the sand. A motor court can be cleaned and still hold together, if the joints are treated as joints.

Pavers themselves are often concrete or clay. The field can be cleaned. The joint is the fragile part: sand, or polymeric sand that has locked, or a joint that has already washed out. A turbo nozzle in the crack empties it. Then the pavers move, and the “cleaning” becomes a repair.

We pretreat organic growth and clay, clean the field with control, and ease off where the joint is the product. If polymeric sand is cracked and lifting before we arrive, we will tell you a wash will not save it. Re-sanding is not automatically included.

Sealing pavers, like sealing concrete, waits for a dry surface. A wet seal traps moisture and turns milky. We will not do that to hit a Saturday.
