Soft washing
Historic home wash
Older LaGrange, Columbus, and Warm Springs houses, washed like the materials are original — because they often are.
Historic brick, soft mortar, and old paint are how a cheap wash becomes a restoration bill.
Test patch. Soft wash for organic growth. No sandblasting. Painted surfaces treated as paint. Alton would rather leave a faint shadow than scar a 1920 wall.

Included
- House body with a method matched to each material
- Test area before the full run
- Mortar-conscious rinse
- Notes for a mason where the wall is already failing
