Vinyl chalks and mildews, and a close-up pressure tip drives water behind the laps. That water shows up later in the wall, not on the day of the wash.
Soft wash, downward rinse, and no attempt to ‘carve’ the seams clean. Oxidized vinyl is explained honestly — washing removes growth, it does not repaint a faded panel.

What should we do before you arrive?
Send photos in daylight, move cars off the work area, and tell us about pets, a pool, or plantings you are particular about. If this is a house call, send the list ahead so we can say half day or full day before we block the calendar.
What will you not take on?
