Painted wood wash
Porch ceilings, lap siding, and trim cleaned without peeling the paint that is still sound.
Painted wood in this climate mildews on the shady side and chalks on the sunny side. A pressure washer finds every loose edge and turns a wash into a repaint.
Soft wash, wide fan if any pressure is used at all, and a light hand on glaze and old latex. If the paint is already letting go, we say so before we make it worse.
